Projects

Field moments from residential and small commercial work - structure, steel QC, concrete, wet areas and finishes. Every site differs; the discipline stays the same.

These images illustrate our site standards - shutter alignment, cover blocks before pours, welding smoke extraction where possible, and finish protection during later trades. They reflect how we typically work on site, not a single address (privacy respected).

  • Envelope & structure - formwork, slab edges, curing covers.
  • MEP rough-ins - conduits coordinated before beam cast where drawings allow.
  • Handover readiness - snagging, silicone joints, hardware alignment.

We schedule accompanied visits when safety allows - usually after plinth or first slab, when movement paths are clearer.
